Why We Didn't Go Long At 1316.25 on Yesterdays Trade Alert

Friday, 07. April 2006
2/23/06 $25,000 - Current $27,162

S&P 500 Futures failed to hold 1315 price level and actually flowed like water through it into the old "price channel of death" It quicky recovered and went back to the highs of the day which was 1320.50 which represents a multi-year high. The rally is confirmed but volume was just at the 50 day moving average which isn't spectacular. We will again attempt to get long with a support hold above 1315 price level. It must be understood that volatility will be high and stops will need to be wider than other environments. New entry is 1317.75 after support is tested
