You Can't Simply Go Short - Stay Flat For Now!

Tuesday, 13. June 2006
It looks all to easy in hindsight to go short and reap huge profits, but it isn't. Chart patterns and volume aren't lining up with setups, so trades can't be properly entered. Its hard at times because it seems staying flat leaves tantalizing profit on the table, but staying true to method will pay off in the long run. As of this writing, the futures markets are making new lows which suggest a tough open and high volatility is likely. Stay flat unless you are in a position to daytrade. I never thought I would advocate daytrading but this sort of market requires the attention that only daytrading can provide.
