S&P 500 Futures Charts looks ugly. The current chart formation is ominous. Pick a trade, long, short what have you and your likely to be hurt. Stops will be difficult to maintain because the market is behaving without  any support or resistance in proximity. There is not choice but to sit this market out until the market shows its hand.
