We Still Want To Buy The S&P 500 Futures Market But............

Tuesday, 24. January 2006

The S&P 500 Futures Contract has gotten pushed around by the bears, but no support is seen to the 1250 level which is still 20 points away at this time. A buy would require support to develop above 125o and new buying to commence. Our long term indicator is still in buy, although, a couple of more down days may change that. Price Channels have been at the extremes at both the top and bottom channels undoubtely faking out many traders hoping to get in early on a run up or run down. OUr method requires patience to stay flat until the trade is ready.
