NBL, BWP, HAL Shows Profit

Wednesday, 25. October 2006
Its rare when trades show meaningful profit instantly. It would be nice to attribute success in the markets to skill, but that wouldn't be honest. The trades we identified last post using swingtracker look very good today although I would exit DWSN as its lagging the others.

The statistical truth about trading is that 30-40% or more of trades will not work or show a loss. That's o.k. as long as you cut your losses short and let your winners run. Easier said than done!

Don't let a winner go to your head. There is a tendency to relax rules or feel over confident leading to a loss equal to your last gain or worst. Your next trade should be as careful or more than your last big winner.
