TRADE ALERT Sell S&P 500 Futures Contract @1266

Tuesday, 07. February 2006

Indicators are in sell and a setup is available;however volume was light in the last session. This suggest institutional investors aren't joining the party yet;therefore, we must be careful about stop loss protection. Initial stop loss will be set at 1271. This trade is a bit aggressive due to the low volume but the risk reward is quite high should this trade work.  After support in the 1262 area, there is no real support until 1250. We will use 1255.25 as initial target on this trade.  Risk 5 points to get 10 points is a very reasonable risk reward. Good Luck!
