The apartment building exists from four large apartments (± 100 m²) and two studios.

The classification of the apartments is as follows: living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore there is one apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. All apartments are with TV (and video possible), Frigidaire, oven and microwave.

The studios have a sit/sleeping-room, a bathroom and kitchenette.

The apartments and the studios have all a large terrace with sea view.
