The idea is to stay zen in discussion, with a clear and easy layout for any kind of user to understand, and start talking about any subject.

You just can't edit and tag on topics (you need for that to have an account). But the most interesting is that with a click, and no more waiting, you're allowed to discuss with any other on anything you like. No need for moderation, and use the tags to find topics much easier.
For now I have pre-defined some you can use. Quite 30 or more topics in often a SALACIOUS, PROVOCATIVE voire OUTRAGEOUS flavors have been set-up, and it's only up to you to have more. Clicking on one of the topics will open a comment form and a scroll list of the actual topics.

Obama's administration will have to care not to underestimate the importance and size of the likely to be voted stimulus package.
Not only it place them in a balancing position, with all risks associated that large amounts will be pocketed by insiders, public deception and defiance, the largest debt in US history, but could be dramatic for US leadership and standing around the world.
The main thing is to focus on it's execution and set up understandable and defined rules for accountability, not simply by political rethoric or setting up a "recovery" website, but making it clear, that a strong team of qualified professionals will be in charge of monitoring and assessing risks of bad eexcution and spending losses.
They are many trusthworhty professionals like Jack Welch who have the knowledge, the experience, the network, who can help help build and manage such a task force, and who will be willing to answer a duty call.
