The diving school BLUE OCEAN DIVERS LAGOS was founded in 1996 by us, John Giddings, English PADI/IAHD instructor and Elmar Vees, German PADI/CMAS diving instructor. We have been living in Lagos for 15 years and have all necessary licences and insurances in order to legally operate a diving school in Portugal.For over 10 years we have been organizing all year round, excursions to the most beautiful diving areas......
