The Club Albufeira has many holiday apartments and all of them are within minutes walk of this pool.
To ensure the smooth running of the rentals to holiday-makers, the owners pay for an on-site manager and an annual fee to the Club Albufeira for the upkeep of the pools, gardens and any repairs necessary to the apartments. Additionally the owners are required to pay for the utilities: -electric, water, waste disposal and cleaning of the apartments. The weekly rental prices quoted to holiday guests are fully inclusive of all such costs and is solely for the hire of the apartment itself.

When 6 guests share the cost of an apartment this represents a considerable saving when compared to paying hotel pricesfor each person. As the apartments are self-catering, further savings can be made! Drinks can be refrigerated at less cost than the traditional mini-bar of a hotel and during a week's holiday, dining in, rather than going to restaurants .......
