Many of the apartments are not south facing and so when the late afternoon arrives,those apartments will not enjoy the sunshine as with the south facing apartments.

Some apartments are very closely situated to the main highway which can be very noisy. Just a five minute drive from Club Albufeira is a hospital and the sound of ambulances screaming their way to and from it is quite a regular occurrence.

The choice of apartments between ground floor and first floor is also a consideration.
