Kellstrom Industries announces the promotion of Dennis Zalupski to President.
MONDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2005 (MIRAMAR, FL) – Kellstrom Industries today announced the promotion of its Commercial Aerospace President, Dennis Zalupski, to President of Kellstrom Industries. At the same time, Mr. Zalupski was also elected to serve as a member of Kellstrom’s Board of Managers.
In his new role, Mr. Zalupski will be responsible for the operating performance of both the Commercial & Defense Divisions of Kellstrom Industries, including strengthening the Leadership team and providing strategic direction. He will continue to report to Donald R. Schreiber, Kellstrom Industries’ Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
"Over the past four years, Dennis has done an outstanding job in growing and strengthening Kellstrom’s Commercial Aerospace business.” said Mr. Schreiber. "We are confident his leadership and in-depth knowledge of the global aerospace market will enable him to be successful in his new position."
Prior to joining Kellstrom in June 2001, Mr. Zalupski was General Manager-Sales, GE Engine Services, a $5.5 billion division of GE Aircraft Engines. In this position, Mr. Zalupski was responsible for leading the team responsible for all Engine Overhaul and Repair Services Sales on a global basis. Mr. Zalupski spent over 12 years in various senior management positions within GE, both domestically and internationally, and prior to that, almost 10 years in various sales and distribution positions with Whirlpool Corporation.
Mr. Zalupski earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Development from Michigan State University.

Products covered by the two distribution agreements include aftermarket sales and services associated with F-16 “Falcon” Landing Gear and AH-64 “Apache” Helicopter Landing Gear.

Pemco Aviation Group Signs C-130 Logistics Support Agreement
with Kellstrom Defense Aerospace
Singapore – (February 25, 2004) – Pemco Aviation Group, Inc. announced today
a Logistics Support Services Agreement entered into with Kellstrom Defense Aerospace,
a division of Kellstrom Industries. The agreement covers the provisioning, sourcing and
supply of parts and services for the C-130 Hercules Aircraft and was announced jointly
this morning at the 2004 Asian Aerospace Air Show by Hal Chrisman, Senior Vice
President of Corporate Development for Pemco Aviation Group and Ahmed Metwalli,
Vice President of Kellstrom Defense Aerospace.
The agreement, which was made through the Pemco Aeroplex business unit,
reflects Pemco’s continued commitment to support its C-130 customers with their
logistics requirements, to ensure that these customers receive the best service and quality
parts in a timely manner, and to support schedule requirements at competitive prices.
Late in 2003, Pemco was awarded the PSIB (Progressive Structural Inspection
Baseline) contract for the U.S. Coast Guard fleet of C-130s. Additionally, Pemco is
providing C-130 maintenance, modification and upgrades (MMU) for other domestic and
international customers, such as the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Navy, at its facility in
Birmingham, Alabama. Pemco expects its C-130 business to grow significantly.
Kellstrom Defense Aerospace is recognized worldwide as a leader in the supply
chain management of products and services in support of Lockheed Martin C-130/L-100
