Stork & Kellstrom Announce Distribution Agreements

LeBourget, June 2005 – Stork NV’s subsidiary, Stork SP Aerospace BV, and Kellstrom Defense Aerospace Inc. announced that two Distribution Agreements have been signed at the 2005 Paris Air Show designating Kellstrom as the exclusive worldwide distributor of U.S. military products manufactured by Stork SP Aerospace of The Netherlands.

Products covered by the two distribution agreements include aftermarket sales and services associated with F-16 “Falcon” Landing Gear and AH-64 “Apache” Helicopter Landing Gear.

These comprehensive agreements are valid though June 2008 and are intended to expand and enhance the long-standing relationship between the two companies, which dates back to the year 2000. Together these agreements will further strengthen the companies’ leadership in aftermarket landing gear services.
