Cottage Lots to be Available on a First Come First Serve Basis

Cottage lots that were offered but not selected by applicants in previous cottage lot draws shall be made available on a first come first serve basis in 2009. Cottage lots located within Provincial Parks will be available for lease only. Cottage lots on Crown land outside of Provincial Parks will be available for purchase only.

The rules regarding the first come first serve lots and the date on which Conservation will begin to accept applications will be announced in the spring of 2009. A listing of all lots available along with the rules and other information related to this program will be made available on the web site and at Manitoba Conservation offices throughout the province
