This remote wilderness cabin is a 5 minute floatplane ride northeast of Bissett, MB. Bissett is a small gold mining community with a really good and dependable air service in the town.(Blue Water (204)-367-2762) Access to the cabin can also be by canoe with some portages or be a one hour snowmobile ride in the winter. It has 770 sq. ft. on the main floor and 290 above the bedrooms. It is an open ceiling design so it's easy to accomadate a lot of extra people. It has a large cedar deck on the front and wraps around 1 side. There is also a 10 by 16 ft. storage shed. The Manitoba Government Lease on the 150 by 300 foot property costs (ninety) $90 per year. That's it, there is no other fees of any kind to own this. The building is 90 percent complete inside and out and comes with furniture, newer propane stove and boxstove. It has been used all year around for many years now, but just needs cupboards, flooring and a few finishing touches. Cell service is available here and you decide if this is good or bad! The lake has good walleye and northern pike fishing, and is close to lots of other really good lakes as well. If you like really good hunting and fishing, plus the peace and quiet this remote site offers, this could be the place for you and there is not many waterfront properties out there for this low price.
