Wanted: Seeking RIVER PROPERTY in Winnipeg

I am SERIOUSLY seeking to purchase a riverfront property on either the Assiniboine or Red River within Winnipeg. Room to build a garage or a carport if one doesn't exist is preferable. Bungalow, two or three storey - no preference. Possession date is negotiable. This may be a private sale or one including your real estate agents, your choice. Older homes are more preferred but will look at all properties.The price is negotiable and offer to purchase will be with very few conditions, if any. I am currently renting temporarily until I find a home, my previous house has already been sold, thus financing is totally in place. I am an award winning gardener and would love a property which is more sunny than shady and would make a great yard for gardening. If there are lots of trees on the property, and some can be removed to make a sunnier yard, so much the better. Looking for a home anywhere from 1800 square feet and up. Please contact me a.s.a.p.
