How To Get a Great Deal On Homes Nobody Knows Are For Sale

Could you get a great deal on a home that nobody except you even knew was for sale? No bidding wars, and no competing offers driving up the price.

Even though sales have slowed down somewhat, the MLS sales statistics for last month show that 22% of all detached residential properties sold for more than what they were listed for.

It takes multiple offers to drive up the price. There is no way this could happen if you're the only one to make an offer.

So you may wonder what exactly is an unadvertised home?

Well, it's not on the MLS yet, it's not in ComFree yet, it's not in the classifieds in the paper or online.
