Trailer and Cabana for sale at Lake Manitoba Narrows. Trailer sleeps 4 people. Trailer is 18 feet and Cabana is 18x15 feet. Cabana is attached and is surrounded with windows. Floor and roof is insulated. Floor is carpeted through-out with indoor/outdoor carpet. Fold out couch will be left with Cabana. Site is just beautiful, it is on the Lake, close to the boat launch. The trailer/cabana has water and electricity. There is a bathroom in trailer with community showers/bathroom 80 feet away. Also on property are 2 sheds, one with electricity (has heater and radio)if you need to use it off season for hunting as a porta/potty spot. There is a garden with all kinds of beautiful flowers. Swimming is right in front/left side of place. Perfect spot for birds and LOTS of hummingbirds. The lot is grass, with some gravel in the back by sheds. Lots of trees for privacy. Has a firepit, bbq, picnic table. Will leave fridge, all pots and pans, glasses/plates/cups/tableware etc. Will also leave cabnet, and T.V stand/cabnet. There is more to list, but can't remember it all!! An older couple had this spot before us for 32 years and we have had it for 3 years. You do not own the spot, and you pay $726/year for fees.(hydro and electicity included) We love this place and are sad to let it go. We purchased a 4-season cabin and can't have both. We will miss the people, the sunsets on the lake, and of course being able to fish while having a beer by the fire!! Fishing is great by the way!!
