All rooms (except bedrms) have view of water. Very clean and in good conditon. Wood furniture on deck - table and 4 chairs, 2 double chairs and lounger. Includes use of canoe, life jackets, noodles. No smoking in cottage and guesthouse and sorry, no pets.
