i have a 10 x 30 cabana for sale...the lot is approx 30 x 50 and about a 5 min walk to the water..its on the outside of the park which is nice if you want a little more privacy. the lot rental is 1000.00 per year and its a great place to boat, fish, seadoo etc...
great neighbours on both sides..i just put brand new kitchen cupboards in..and does need some tlc but for this kind of price for a summer get away is awesome; i have seen dumps for sale for $8000 and think this is a LOW price considering the building materials, the location etc..
i was busy all last summer trying to upgrade the campsite and some of the interier, laying interlocking bricks for sidewalk, new kitchen craft cupboards

I wish I would have taken some pictures of the campground it self (beach, restaurant, play structure, etc..). It's beautiful out there and it is great if you have children. The campground is very family-oriented/child friendly.
