This timeshare is at the Elkhorn Resort and Solstice Spa. We have a season 5 package which is 24,000 points per year (you have the option to carry points over from the previous year or borrow from the next). The maintenance fees are $565.00 per year. Also, I should add that you will have a deed to this property. For the season 5 package, you have access to a "E" style chalet which is a lock down unit. Each side has a full kitchen etc, Side A sleep 6 and is 1100 sq/ft, and Side B sleeps 4 and is 900 sq/ft. Elkhorn has many activities year round and of course now has the ever popular Solstice Spa. In being a member of RCI you can change your destinations according to availability. We have made goods use of this option (RCI fees are $118.00 annually). If you book and travel within 45 days you would use only 8-9000 points. Being a member of RCI also gives you reduced car rental rates. Also, points can be used for flights, cruises and car rentals as well as accommodations of course. This package goes for $13-14,000, or at a timeshare presentation for about $9000.00
