The property is about an hour from Winnipeg out on number 7 HWY in Meleb MB it is 4.27 acres and has a House, Garage, Grainery, Pumpshed, and Old summer Kitchen in the Yard. The Barnyard has the barn which is 60 X 30 feet approx. with cement floor.
The house is a 3 bedroom 1 full bathroom kitchen and living room but is needing alot of work I would like to gut and redo the house personally but the buyer can do what ever they want with it. When you get the MELEB corner you have to travel 1 mile north to the next road it begins with a T then travel 3.5 miles east you pass three bridges with Rails mine is the third bridge with white rails and you will turn left into the property.
