Breakthrough Oil Shale Technology?

A relatively unknown company, Digital Gas has signed an agreement with an undisclosed private company (PRIVATCO) to use high temperature fuel cells (HTFC) to recover a variety of unconventional hydrocarbon resources, especially shale oil.
